MY STORY
Who I am
I graduated from the University of Padua with a degree in Clinical-Dynamic Psychology. During my pre- and post-graduate studies, I worked in facilities dedicated to the rehabilitation of people with psychiatric disorders, experiences for which I am deeply grateful: they allowed me to hone my listening, understanding, and caring skills, allowing me to connect with a world of pain, but also of great resilience and creativity.
My experience as a school and home educator has broadened my perspective, allowing me to embrace and more deeply understand the perspectives of children and adolescents. This journey led me to specialize at the School of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy (PSIBA) in Milan.
Today I work in private practice for all age groups, with a particular specialization in developmental medicine.
My approach
What I love about psychotherapy is the encounter with others. I believe that choosing to embark on a psychological journey is both an act of self-care and, at the same time, a courageous gesture: it means entrusting the sometimes intricate and complex threads of your own story to another person.
My psychodynamic approach is grounded in the idea that relationships are the heart of therapy. Often, suffering arises in relationships, but it is also through a meaningful and safe relationship that a new emotional experience can take shape, giving new meaning to one's story and opening up possibilities for change.
