WHAT I DO

"It is a joy to be hidden and a disaster not to be found" (DWW)

01.

The beginning is crucial.
When we meet someone, they have their own construct in their head. Psychodiagnosis consists of an assessment, separate from psychotherapy and also involving the use of tests, which serves to decode the signs in order to understand the person's general functioning. A psychodiagnostic consultation is a knowledge tool used when it is deemed appropriate to evaluate both the individual's difficulties and psychological resources.
It is the starting point of the journey of getting to know the other in order to identify the best type of intervention to follow.

02.

Psychological support is a type of intervention aimed at alleviating discomfort in specific life situations. The goal is both to understand the discomfort, its meaning and its function within the relational contexts in which the person lives and interacts and to support and enhance the unexpressed resources of the person himself in order to improve the quality of affective and relational life .

It occurs in all those cases in which it is deemed appropriate to guarantee continuity and containment in a given condition.

03.

Psychotherapy is a path of self-knowledge that starts from the present to continue backwards, sinking into one's own experiences in order to identify those mechanisms that constitute us and which may have contributed to the construction of suffering. It is a process of care that focuses on the individual. The goal, through greater self-knowledge and one's own relational styles, is to achieve that awareness so that the person can lead life to the best of his/her possibilities.

My job is to deconstruct personal problems and provide patients with effective tools that can help them see life from a more conscious perspective.

“Psychotherapy takes place where two play areas overlap, that of the patient and that of the therapist. Psychotherapy is about two people playing together.” (DW)

04.

Parenting support is a support program designed to help parents navigate difficult or crises related to raising their children, which can impact their parenting.

The work focuses on understanding the representations that parents have of themselves and their children, also reflecting on their own personal history in light of the relationship with their children.

The goal is to offer concrete tools and emotional resources to help parents live their role with greater awareness, balance, and serenity.

01.

CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Psychotherapy for children and adolescents is a supportive process designed to understand and address the emotions, difficulties, and changes typical of these life stages. Through age-appropriate methods, such as play, storytelling, or creative tools, young people have the opportunity to express what they often cannot express verbally.

The goal is to help them develop emotional management strategies, strengthen self-esteem, and promote psychological well-being, involving the family, when necessary, as an integral part of the process.

01.

The start is key.
When one meets the other he has his own construction in mind. Psychodiagnosis consists of an evaluation, separate from psychotherapy and which also makes use of the use of tests, which serves to decode the signs in order to understand what the general functioning of the person is. The psychodiagnostic consultation is a tool of knowledge used when it is deemed appropriate to evaluate both the efforts and the psychic resources of the individual.
It is the starting point of the path of knowledge of the other in order to identify which is the best type of intervention to follow.
